Emily’s approach to leadership and human development has been evident throughout her entire professional career, especially as she progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including a director of culture and communication.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s in Communication and Public Affairs from California State University, Chico, and is in the final stretch of her Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on Servant Leadership from the School of Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
When combined with her organizational experiences and responsibilities, Emily brings a masterful blend of academic leadership wisdom and organizational application to any individual, team, or organization. Emily has already impacted our Clients with her ability to connect with leaders regardless of their position on an organizational chart.
